Recipe: Vanilla Butter Cream
Ingredients
- 250 g unsalted butter - room temperature
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 4 g of vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Add the butter to a bowl and whisk until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Add 1/3 of the sugar and mix gently until it’s smooth and homogenous. Repeat with another 1/3 of the sugar, and again with the final 1/3 of sugar. Add the vainilla extract and whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
If desired, add some food coloring drops.
You can keep the vanilla butter cream in the refrigerator for 3 days. Every time you want to print it, let it sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, and mix with a spoon before putting it in the capsule.
