Recipe: Chocolate Ganache

  1. 1 part double cream
  2. 2 parts unsalted butter
  3. 4 parts chocolate: 70% cocoa solids
Heat the butter and chocolate together until it just starts melting. Stir. 

Bring the cream a boil. Add it to the mixture. Combine until smooth.
