Recipe: Sour Cream Cheese Frosting


Ingredients
  1. 450 g cream cheese, softened (16 oz) 2 packages
  2. 125 g powdered sugar (1 cup)
  3. 125 ml sour cream (½ teaspoon)
  4. 4 g vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Soften cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Add in vainilla and powdered sugar, mix until smooth. Add in sour cream and mix until throughly creamy and smooth. Refrigerate overnight before printing.
