Recipe: Waffle Dough
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 330 g wheat flour (2 + ¾ Cups)
- 245 ml milk (1 Cup)
- 110 ml vegetable oil (½ cup)
- 13 g granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
- 3 g of salt (½ teaspoon)
- 2 g of vanilla extract (½ teaspoon)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir it thoroughly until you get a homogeneous and smooth dough with no lumps.
After printing, bake at 130ºC / 270ºF for 10 min.
