Recipe: Pizza Dough


Ingredients
  1. 260 g wheat flour (2 cups + ⅓  Cup)
  2. 225 ml water (1 cup)
  3. 15 ml olive oil (2 tablespoon)
  4. 10 g sugar (½ tablespoon)
  5. 3 g fresh yeast (1 tablespoon)
  6. A pinch of salt
Preparation
Put all the solid ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast) into a bowl and mix it with a fork. When mixed, create a well in the center, add the oil and gradually mix in the water. 

Cover the dough with a cloth and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes prior to printing.

Print immediately after filling the capsules... the dough will continue to rise, so do not leave filled capsules in Foodini!
