Recipe: Hummus


Ingredients
  1. 400 g cooked chickpeas
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 30 g tahini (1 tablespoon)
  4. 30 ml olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  5. 3g powdered garlic
  6. 30 g paprika
  7. A pinch of black pepper
  8. A pinch of salt
Preparation
Squeeze the lemon in a bowl (remove the seeds). Strain the liquid from the cooked chickpeas, then add chickpeas to the bowl. Add remaining ingredients the products blend it for a few minutes, ensuring that there are no small pieces from the chickpeas skin.

If you are printing with a smaller nozzle size like a 1.5mm nozzle, we recommend straining the hummus prior to printing.
