Recipe: Couscous

Ingredients
Couscous
  1. 180 g instant couscous
  2. 30 ml olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  3. 250 ml hot water (1 cup)
Sauce
  1. 14 g mint
  2. 30 g parsley
  3. 1 small tomato
  4. 1 lemon
  5. 1 medium onion
  6. 120 ml olive oil (1/2 cup)
  7. 3 g powdered garlic
  8. A pinch of salt
Preparation
Squeeze the lemon in a bowl (remove the seeds), add all the sauce ingredients and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
Cook the Couscous, following the brand instructions.

The amount you use of sauce:couscous varies. We've had success mixing 6 parts of sauce with 4 parts of couscous, and 1 part sauce with 5 parts of couscous. Recommend trying the 1:5 sauce:couscous ratio first.

Due to the texture of this recipe we recommend using a 40 nozzle or larger.
